ZK Token MiCA White Paper

ZKsync Association has drawn-up a white paper on the ZK Token that takes into account the relevant requirements of the EU Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 –"MiCAR") and notified to the Austrian Financial Market Authority (Finanzmarktaufsicht – FMA). The publication of the white paper is currently subject to the waiting period pursuant to Article 8 para 5 MiCAR of 20 working days from notification to the FMA. The white paper will be published here, after the waiting period has expired (unless prohibited by the FMA).
